1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.khanic.pk (“Site”), users (“You”) irrevocably agree to these T&C. KLIKX LTD (“Owner”) reserves the right to modify terms unilaterally without prior notice. Continued use constitutes binding acceptance.

2. Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate information. The Owner may suspend accounts suspected of fraud.
  • Strict Liability: You are solely responsible for account security. The Owner disclaims liability for unauthorized access.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products sold “AS IS”. Descriptions/photos are illustrative; minor variations are not defects.
  • Prices may change without notice. No price adjustments for prior orders.
  • Errors & Omissions Excepted (E&OE): Typographical/technical errors in pricing/inventory are subject to correction.

4. Payments

  • Third-party payment gateways (e.g., JazzCash, Stripe) process transactions.
  • Owner bears no liability for:
    • Payment processing failures.
    • Fraudulent transactions.
    • Currency conversion fees.
  • COD Verification: Customers must show CNIC at delivery. Refusal = automatic order cancellation.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays due to logistics partners (e.g., PostEx TCS) are not Owner’s responsibility.
  • Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk pass to You upon dispatch.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Strictly governed by the Return & Refunds Policy (separate document). No oral/written exceptions.
  • Final Authority: Owner’s decision on return eligibility is binding.

7. Prohibited Uses

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell products without written wholesale agreement.
  • Scrape/copy Site content (product images, descriptions).
  • Use Site for unlawful purposes (Owner will report violations to PTA/FIA under PECA 2016).

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (logos, text, graphics) is Owner’s exclusive property.
  • User-Generated Content: By posting reviews/images, You grant Owner perpetual royalty-free license to use/modify/delete content.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • NO WARRANTIES: Products/services provided “WITH ALL FAULTS“. Owner expressly disclaims warranties of merchantability/fitness.
  • CAP ON LIABILITY: Owner’s maximum liability for any claim is limited to the product’s purchase price.
  • INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify Owner against all claims/losses arising from Your Site use or product misuse.

10. Force Majeure

Owner is not liable for failures due to:

  • Acts of God, war, terrorism.
  • Internet outages, government restrictions.
  • Supply chain disruptions.

11. Termination

Owner may terminate access without notice if You breach T&C. Clauses 8–13 survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Mandatory Arbitration: Disputes must be referred to arbitration in Faisalabad, Pakistan under Arbitration Act 1940.
  • No Class Actions: Claims may only be pursued individually.
  • Costs: Losing party pays arbitration/legal fees.

13. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by Pakistani law. Any litigation must be filed in courts of Faisalabad.

14. Amendments

Owner may update T&C at any time. Your continued use = acceptance of revised terms.
