Effective Date: 01 June 2025
1. Eligibility
Returns/refunds are strictly permitted ONLY under these conditions:
- ✅ Defective/Damaged Items: Received with manufacturing flaws (e.g., torn stitching, printing errors).
- ✅ Wrong Item Shipped: Verified against order records.
- ❌ Change of Mind, Size/Color Preferences, or Buyer’s Remorse are NOT accepted.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery via WhatsApp (+92 339 6220222) or email (hello@khanic.pk) with:
- Order number, video/photos of defect, and packaging.
Step 2: We will approve/deny your request within 48 hours. Unauthorized returns will be discarded.
Step 3: If approved, ship the item in original packaging with tags intact to our Faisalabad warehouse (address provided). Customer bears return shipping costs.
3. Refund Terms
- Approved Defects/Wrong Items: Refund issued to original payment method within 7 business days after warehouse verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer/Payoneer (processing fee: 5% deducted).
- Store Credit Option: We may offer credit (110% of item value) at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse (washing, alterations).
- Products without original packaging/tags.
- Undergarments/vests with removed hygiene seals.
- Delayed return requests (>3 days post-delivery).
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges only for identical items in case of verified defects.
- Size/color exchanges require new order placement.
6. Final Discretion
- Khanic.pk reserves the exclusive right to determine if an item qualifies for return.
- Threats, fraudulent claims, or abuse of this policy will result in permanent blacklisting and legal action under PECA 2016.
